This application keeps a registry of all mailings sent out, safeguarding both the details of the mail-shot and the recipients. This is most useful if, for example, we want to send out a mail-shot relating to another previous one as this application offers the possibility of duplicating the previous mailing list and sending out the new message to the same recipients.
