The main objective of this application is:

• Online management of company workforce calendars and work schedules
• Online employee interaction with the Department of Human Resources to request holidays, request absences and leaves, etc.
• Workflow organisation of associated administrative processes

The application is structured for three user levels:

• Target Users from the Department of Human Resources who have at their disposal the following tools:
• Organisation chart management
• Management of workforce schedules by departments and branches
• Access to combined user calendars, by departments and geographic areas, which facilitates the management of the global workforce effort available at any given time
• Access to the personal interfaces of employees for the confirmation or rejection of holidays and permissions requested.
• Department Directors, who have at their disposal the following tools:
• Remote access to the workforce schedules of their subordinates with exclusive search access
• Access to the combined calendars of departmental members to ascertain the availability of the workforce by branch and time period.
• Employees, who have at their disposal the following tools:
• Personalised management of their work schedules
• Timely information on any change in their work schedules such as, for example, confirmation or rejection of anything requested from the Target Users
