Workflow Management

Practically all our applications contain workflow management tools for the processes associated with each.

The possibility of keeping informed all parties related to a specific administrative process or business in a timely and automated fashion, is one of the most attractive features of Information Technology.

In collaboration with the Maxwell Institute for Mathematics, comprising the Mathematics Departments of Edinburgh and Herriot-Watt Universities, we have developed an online application for admission to their graduate studies programme, managing all associated workflow.

In particular, this application:

• Manages the profiles of the Target Users of the website to ensure they receive full information regarding all the requests relating to their specialities.
• Automates the process of sending academic references between the students chosen professors and the Maxwell Institute
• Maintains the student informed with regard to the status of his request: receipt of information and reference letters, status of the admission request, etc
• Manages mailing lists for the sending of specific information to all related parties, above all, for the student admission process.
